Ordering And Payment

Delivery, Sample Collection, And Distance Selling Regulations

- If a sample is rejected due to improper collection, contamination, or insufficient quantity, a replacement test may be required at an additional cost.
- In accordance with UK Distance Selling Regulations, customers have the right to cancel their purchase of unopened and unused vitamin products within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed only if the product is returned in its original, sealed condition.
- Due to health and safety reasons, at home kits are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched.
